You confirm that you are authorized to request monitoring of the infrastructure described in your request, and that any credentials or access needed to perform the work will be shared only through a secure method arranged separately, never through the contact form.

4. No guarantee of specific outcomes

We provide best-effort configuration and troubleshooting assistance based on the information you supply. Results depend on the state of your existing infrastructure and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

5. Communication

Requests submitted through the contact form are reviewed and answered by email. Response times may vary depending on request volume and complexity.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any service provided is limited to the fee paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, or data loss resulting from changes made to your own systems.
